- Magnuson Park is Seattle’s second largest park. Magnuson Park was formerly Naval Station Puget Sound. Magnuson Park is home to “Kite Hill”, a beautiful P-Patch & Children’s Garden and Heleyna Holmes Photography. My studio is located just off Hanger 30 in building 30 west. Magnuson Park offers urban (hanger 30), wooded (near Kite Hill), Garden (P-Patch) and Lake Washington shoreline locations for child and family photography.
- Washington Park Arboretum is a hidden gem on the shores of Lake Washington in NE Seattle. The Washington Park Arboretum is home to a world class collection of Oaks, Maple and Camellias. The Arboretum is the perfect setting for a pacific northwest child and family photo session year round.
- Center for Urban Horticulture is part of the University of Washingtons Botanical Gardens. It is home to the Yesler Swamp, gardens & greenhouses. It also has a beautiful greenbelt along Lake Washington that is magical at golden hour. The Center for Urban Horticulture is a great location for extended families/large groups, outdoor cake smashes and high school senior photos.
